Yes! We focus on providing products that are free from harmful chemicals and made from natural plant-based ingredients to ensure safety and effectiveness.

3. Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! We offer local pickup only inside Al Wakrah city, Qatar. Pickup must be scheduled in advance by agreeing on a time via WhatsApp.

4. How long does delivery take?

  • For in-stock products: Delivery within Qatar typically takes 1-3 business days.
  • For out-of-stock products: You can choose to backorder or pre-order, but delivery may take 2-5 weeks, depending on availability and restocking schedules.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

You can conveniently make your payment through Fawran to our Jannaqa account or via a bank transfer to our QIB account using the provided IBAN.

6. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return policy.

7. What is your return policy?

  • You can return unopened and unused products within 7 days of receiving them.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
