Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened or used items for health and safety reasons. Please read the policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation & Refunds (Before Shipping)

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, your order is processed, and standard return policies apply.

2. Returns & Refunds (After Shipping)

If your order has already been shipped, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a return.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs both ways (original shipping + return shipping).
  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety concerns.
  • Products that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to customer handling will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
